Image Bank Multiple flash

These images all show multiple flash because they all have used a camera with a flash and the object or person had moved as you take the images. This technique usually shows movement and usually has a blurry part to the image. These type of images are usually used in a studio then on a shoot outside because it seems to work better with dark backgrounds. So if I were to do multiple flash i would have to do it at night or in a studio but because my theme is nature I would have to bring in flowers or textures of nature into the studio.

My favourite image in this image bank is the one of the stars in the sky because I like that it shows the movement of the earth and the way the starts seem to moving rather then us. The blueness of the sky and the different shades of the blue and black because works well against the black silhouette of the trees. This image is also to do with nature and I didn't really think about the sky at night being nature before even though its obvious now. This must have been taken over about two week to create rather then one minute in the studio so this must have taken a lot of effort to take one image and it was defiantly worth it.

The image that shows the technique, multiple flash, the best is the image of the man with different facial expressions because it shows the movement of the man and the effect it has on the image. I like that the background is black because it makes the main subject stand out. The flashes produce a deep, dark shadow on the mans face which show tone and form. This image could be to do with nature because humans are nature so I could do a shoot like this. This image would have taken seconds to produce so if  do somehting like this I would do loads in one studio booking.

Multiple Exposure Work Diary

All the images I took where taken outside on a rainy day. I liked doing multiple exposure because I had done it before and I found a way of linking it to my theme, nature. The images that worked well were the images that has a flower or leafs and is overlaying someones face. This links to my theme because we are nature and I like that it looks like the flowers/leaves are growing on their face. this shows that we are nature to. When out on the shoot I did find it hard to think of other ways to show this and to come up with different arrangements so i think next time i do a shoot outside i need to keep walking around and not stay just in one place. Overall I really like this technique and will use it again in future shoots.

This image on the right is my favourite of the final images I took because i like that the grass looks like its coming out the flowers. The colours in this image I think work well together because the pink of the flower and the green of the grass are quit bright and they are contrasting colours so they make each other stand out. I don't think this image really shows the technique that well but i do like the composition and the colours.
This image I think really shows the technique well and I like that its black and white because before with the colour it was distracting and didn't work well. I took a picture of a persons face and then but another image of a plant over the top using the camera. This image I think LInks to my theme because the person seems to be growing out the plant. This image isn't really clear when you first look at it, you can't at first glance see that theres a persons shape in it.

How I could use this technique in my project:
In my project I will use this Technique to develop the idea of that humans are nature to and try and show this by overlaying people and plants. I would want to show that the person is seeming to be growing out the plant. This I think would be a really good shoot to do and it fits into my theme really well. the image Below is kind of the thing I would be going for.

Image Bank Multiple Exposure

All these images represent multiple Exposure because there is 2 or more images overlapped to create the overall image. All the images I have picked have nature in them and I wanted this because I wanted to get inspiration from them for my theme nature. The once that include a person and nature seem to work well and I would like to try this in one of my shoots.
The blank and white image with the hands is my favourite because in the hands is a dark scary forest and the hands are in a strong, scary position that links to the forest.
The other black and white image of the outline of the girl and the plant over her face like a mask  I really like this image because of the way you can't see her face and how it feels like she's hiding something.
